The contact form collects: name, email address, subject, message, date and time of sending. Nothing else is collected by the site; visit statistics are aggregated and anonymous.

Data is used to: reply to contact requests (legitimate interest), manage the commercial relationship and invoicing of services (contract, legal obligation), provide support (contract), send the newsletter (explicit consent, one-click unsubscribe, double opt-in).

OVH (site hosting), Brevo (transactional email and newsletter delivery), Stripe (payments, when the shop opens). No data is sent to a language model or AI service without your prior written consent.

Prospects: 3 years from your last contact. Customers: the length of the business relationship, then 3 years. Newsletter consent is kept as long as the subscription is active.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data: write to the contact address below, reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
